How’s it going everyone,

I am from the Pittsburgh area and simply wanted to see how many airgunners are near me (within an hour). I just like to know how many people around me share the airgun fever and maybe I can find a club or shooting events to go too. 

I am competeing in the Pyramyd Air Cup this year (Hunter class) and would love to hear from the guys in my area and even go on hunts or go shooting. 


This his community has been so open, friendly, and helpful and most of all knowledgeable. Let me know below who’s around and happy hunting !

Little more than an hour drive, but the club in Central Ohio is very active. Also have the Midwest Airgun Show coming up June 30th and that has two competitions going on as well. Gunslynger on Saturday and a field target competition on Sunday. Hope you can make it!

@COA Nice! See I had no idea anyone was even around me, and yet there's an entire club! I will definitely be looking into that, and I would love to come out. I will look you guys up if your online and see how far it would be. I make the drive to the Pyramyd cup (1.5hrs) but its well worth it for me. Thank you for sharing !!

UPDATE: I just saw that you're 3 hours away, that's a bit of a stretch for me, but thank you for the information and maybe one day I will venture out.

M-ROD 25, I am from McMurray in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Were do you reside? Welcome to the forum!! I shoot in Steubenville Ohio three times a week, it exactly an hour from me if you ever want to get together let me know!! We shoot indoors in the winter and shoot field target in the good weather at the Sherwood Archery Club near Steubenville Ohio.Were do you shoot at? I do shoot in my backyard some but that gets to be a little boring at times!! I also shot the Pyramyd Cup last year in the Hunter Class!! Great shoot put on by some super people!!! Prizes that are hard to fathom!!! also if you think you want to go to a shoot tomorrow, North East Ohio Airgunners are having there first shoot of the season tomorrow morning!! Same group that holds the Pyramyd Cup will be at there new range location in Chagrin Falls near Cleveland ( a two hour drive for me) Hope to hear from you soon, J.L.

@whitefox545 Hey, hows it going and thanks for the reply! I live in Industry, PA (beaver county). I have never shot at a club as I have plenty of land to shoot but I want to get into shooting with people in my area. I normally hunt and do pest control on private property only that is my family’s however I target practice in my back yard regularly out to 50yards. I would love to go hunting, pesting, and target shooting! I know where Stubenville is and it’s only about 45mins from me.
