Had an old toolbox that was just the right size to re-purpose as a tank carrier. The orange bag is a $10 "stuff-sack" from REI. Works great

Check with Loren on here. He makes them, check out the one he currently has for sale. I think your 98 cu/ft. tank is the same size as the standard SCBA 88 cu/ft. tanks (21" long, 7.2" diameter).

I just put together one this weekend for Omega 100CU/FT tank. I'm eventually going to hit Loren up for one of those, they look the business, but for now my cheap job will keep me going. Tank is wrapped in 1/4" yoga mat cut to size for the padding, held in place by two XL thigh compression sleeves from each end (wraps around the ends of the tank nicely) and then a scuba tank carry handle for transport. I've covered the gauge with padded neoprene and added a DIN valve cap on a swivel as well. The only pain in going to be taking off the cover to go to the dive shop so they can read the hydro test date on the tank, but other than that should help with scraps and dings.

Just put together a stand yesterday, to go with the padded covered, made from 1/2" piping and connectors from Home Depot, think it cost about $13 all in.

Here is what I came up with based on ideas from this forum. I used 24"threaded rod.(cut to final length), nuts, washers, scrap lumber, double sided "Velcro" and weather stripping where the tank rests on wood. I wanted to make it as light as possible.
