They sent me 3 guns to test. Be careful buying from new companies. Sometimes quality control can be an issue.
Great people, always ready to make things right if you do encounter a problem. -Nate
Hi Nate,
Regarding your comments, I thought you were leading the wrong direction. Few words will result in misunderstanding. So I would like to describe the whole thing to every member of this community. That's fair.
In the beginning, I let our dealer send 3 guns to you for review. After 2 weeks, you sent mails to me. you said the Element's Picatinny Rail was crooked. Even if you changed two scopes, you still can not shoot on the target. After I confirmed the crooked rail picture, I told you that this issue caused by a heavy impact during shipping. How do we do our quality control? We test every barrel before assembling, then after assembling we test our guns one by one before shipping. It's very easy to find out those unqualified models. We have tons of testing videos. In our factory, we have real-time monitoring covering manufacturing and testing areas. If anyone has interests watched these videos, we'd love to send these videos out.
I was trying to send another Element to you. But you won't believe that we tested each gun before shipping.
He had two reasons;
First, he can't believe that we tested each gun before shipping.
Second, if the UPS driver damaged it, and the box was not damaged at all.
But we did testing for each gun in the factory as I said previously.
Before these guns arrived at our customers' doorstep, the dealers will inspect all package boxes, and they will replace some broken packing boxes before domestic shipping in the USA. The box was not damaged, it doesn't mean that the guns won't be damaged during the shipping. Because when the dealers inspect the outlooking of each gun, this crooked rail had been ignored easily.
But we do buy the shipping insurance for each delivery. If our customers do encounter a problem like this, we respond all the way to the end. Customers won't lose anything. I was doing the same thing to you. I have told you that I could ship a totally new Element to you for review.
Neither a new brand nor a century-old brand can control transportation accidents. However, as long as we are responsible, there is no problem. What does this have to do with a new brand?
Here are the photos and videos of our manufacturing.
Every single Testing steps' Result will be addressed on the tags.
This is the Challenger Chassis CNC machining.

Even our low-end budget gun series is CNC machining. Manufacturing a crooked rail is not easy for us.
Why should I send a defective product to you for review?
It's not reasonable.
So I think I have to clarify this issue. The rail was crooked, it's true. But it can't be linked with a new brand by vague expression. Because this issue has nothing to do with the old brand or the new brand.
In the end, I really appreciate Nate. As he said, we have to do everything perfectly. As a new brand, we accept specific feedback. We will also timely improve our product. We must improve the products in order to bring you perfectly experiences. We are also very happy to hear different voices. I have to say that we give quick responses to our customers according to their feedback. But the misleading feedback we have to clarify.
Thank you, Nate.
