Went to joes place in Hb looking for a bipod.he was out of stock on the one I wanted but had one mounted on an Fx impact on display .Joe not only mounted it for me on my cricket but he took the time to run to local hardware for screws and nuts admist phone calls he was having to take .He stayed after closing hours and professionally installed my pic rail and had my bipod up and running.A real gentleman and stand up guy.Thanks again Joe

I can not believe I am going to take my precious time to let ALL know of my feelings for Mr. Joe Brancato.

After having spent over 4 to 5 thousand dollars through his shop; My bottom line complaint about Joe is that he makes me feel uncomfortable; and unwanted whenever I call to speak/ask one of his (knowledgeable) employee(s) about a question... about something that I BOUGHT FROM/THROUGH him.

So sad...

This is the most ridiculous message you could have posted. You called Saturday, and said you damaged your gun (which we warned youto be careful before you did it).
1) You've been to my store a number of times, so I offered to you to immediately and personally fix your rifle, which you declined.
2) You said you didn't want to travel to my store, and instead, insisted on speaking to Andrew to tell you how to fix the rifle "over the phone"
3) I said Andrew was busy doing Black Friday sales on the website and would be busy all day, and I would instead help you. You didn't want to hear that. I then explained I was "at least as knowledgeable and capable to explain the fix, as I trained Andrew on the issue". You still wouldn't let me handle the issue.
4) You got extremely annoyed that Andrew was busy then, and said you'd call back later to speak to Andrew.
5) When you didn't call back within an hour or so, I called you to help you with the issue. You ignored my call because you were upset.
6) I called a second time (which was ignored).
7) When you answered the third call, you were extremely unhinged and talking 1000 words per minute. All you did was yell and scream, saying that all I would allow you to do was bring in the rifle for me to fix it. This is simply not true, proven by the fact that I made 2 previous calls trying to help you sort out your issue via the phone.
8) Only recently I found you immediately posted this ridiculous feedback. Of what are you accusing TGAG? That we offered to fix the gun for you at no charge? That I called you 3x's to try to fix it over the phone? No, you feel "Uncomfortable" after your 6th call of the day for Andrew, and Andrew was still busy.

p.s. When I saw this post, I immediately called you and we spoke and the issue was allegedly cleared, and you promised to take the post down.

Almost 20 years ago, when SCBA (fireman) tanks were the common method to fill PCP airguns, Joe read of numerous hoses catastrophically failing while filling airguns. After discovering that the metal braided hoses that were being sold were from the paintball industry and only designed for 1800 PSI working pressure, Joe decided to design high quality, safe hose assemblies for Air, Nitrogen, Helium and CO2 that could easily handle 6000 PSI (and higher). Hoses capable of +9,000 PSI working pressure and 30,000 PSI burst pressure were used exclusively, and stainless steel fittings took the place of brass. Joe became known as the quality leader for filling airguns.

After hearing stories of people overfilling their airguns from SCBA tanks, Joe saw another necessity; the need for a much safer tank valve to fill PCP airguns. He designed the TJ3 one-way Slo-Flo valve. The TJ3 allows a tank to SLOWLY and more safely fill a PCP, while still being able to quickly fill the carbon fiber tank from a compressor. This eliminated the danger of over-filling a PCP that sometimes occurred using tanks with SCBA valves. AirTanksForSale also decided to offer a second gauge that allowed users to easily see how much air was remaining in their tank at a glance. An American made carbon fiber tank was mated to the TJ3, and http://www.airtanksforsale.com was born. AirTanksForSale is the ONLY company that sells large carbon fiber tanks that are made in the USA for filling PCP airguns. They prefer to sell American products to keep Americans employed. Recently when it became the North and South American distributor for Zbroia Airguns, ZbroiaUSA.com was added to the company profile. Continuing their growth, they out-grew their first retail store and recently moved into a second, much larger store with a very large and well-stocked showroom in Huntington Beach, California.
