SA is a Swedish company founded in 2018 and based in Stockholm.

We specialize in high quality shooting products for marksmen and women in all disciplines from air rifles to long range firearms.

The company first started as Scandinavian Airguns with a focus on airgun related products but we also developed more general shooting products, such as bipods and has since expanded our range to include equipment for the firearm community and evolved into Scandinavian Arms.

SA has a wide range of products from rifle chassis and bipods, air tanks and valves to bags and apparel. We are not limited by specific types of products for the shooting community but whatever we do is unique and made with the highest ambitions in design, innovation and quality. Always unique.

SA worked 5 years developing products to build a portfolio in close contact with our community and 2023 is the year for our official world launch.

SA is recruiting new colleagues and building a network of retailers world wide. Please contact us if you’re interested in working with us as a dealer or a colleague.

Yeah I just stumbled onto your stuff, looks exceptional. That CF tank bag looks good, and you knocked it out of the park on the aesthetics. I looked at Northeast Airguns and they only have 2 items listed on their site : (
IMG_6976.png

Utah has 6 items but neither has your CF tanks or tank valve shown.

Also-

  • Do you plan on releasing a bag for 9L tanks?
  • How thick is the foam in the 6.8L tank bag? My major complaint with the Saber Tactical bag is it looks pretty and has a good quality but the protection is sh!t.
  • Is the reason the CF tanks aren’t available in the US due to it not having DOT certification?
  • What is the width of your sling?

Thank you!

Hello, nice that you like our products!
I just send an email to northeastairguns.com and utahairguns.com (about products), North East said that they have A few tanks (PRIVATE CE and MAJOR CE not DOT) (and a valve (SA ADJT SB). Haven't heard anything yet from Utahairguns. If you don´t find what you want in their store, we have it on our online store
Go and have a look!

Regarding your Questions:
  • Do you plan on releasing a bag for 9L tanks?
Not for the moment, we are focus on our unique PRIVATE 2.0 L and MAJOR 6.8 L. And the bags SA MAJOR RANGE BAG and SA AIR BACKPACK
  • How thick is the foam in the 6.8L tank bag? My major complaint with the Saber Tactical bag is it looks pretty and has a good quality but the protection is sh!t.
Its foam is around 10 mm thick (thicker on top and a speciell made bottom) you got the feeling that it is well padded.
  • Is the reason the CF tanks aren’t available in the US due to it not having DOT certification?
We have now the SA AIR TANK PRIVATE 2.0 L for the US market (not the MAJOR yet) , have a look (and read the text):

  • What is the width of your sling?
Do you mean our "SPARKY" (hose/fill whip)?
    Total length 126 mm

Got more questions? Please give me an email [email protected]

Have a good day!
Regards
John at Scandinavian Arms

Your products quality looks fantastic! But a Non DOT Tank would have to be heavily discounted for consideration.

@Scandinavian Arms Sorry to pester you with questions but definitely considering picking some stuff up and there’s very limited information.
  • Was wondering if the tank valve is able to support being held by the turn knob without issue?
  • Also you state the bleed valve is the “centerpiece” of the product. Is there something particularly special about it, some sort of design that’s unique?
  • Additionally is there any plan on adding stippling/knurling to the knob. I know there’s some indentation but it kinda looks like your hand could slip if they’re sweaty.
  • The neoprene cover looks great but is there any plans on making something more neutral, either solid black, or half black/half green. I don’t love showing up to scuba shops with things that look ‘tactical’.
Thank you!

Hello Bernie!
Nice hearing from you.
I´m not able to answer all the questions now, Monday/Thuesday latest. (People in charge with design/development are back Monday/Thuesday)
But I hope you are ok with this answers:
  • Was wondering if the tank valve is able to support being held by the turn knob without issue?
  • Answer: Of course! No problem.
  • Also you state the bleed valve is the “centerpiece” of the product. Is there something particularly special about it, some sort of design that’s unique?
  • Answer: The design is unique, if you look/compare to others on the marked. Design (good looking) and function. And there is a lot of interesting functions that is not standard in other valve on the marked as well. Two different gauges for an example. https://www.scandinavianarms.com/product-page/sa-adjt-sb
  • Additionally is there any plan on adding stippling/knurling to the knob. I know there’s some indentation but it kinda looks like your hand could slip if they’re sweaty.
  • Answer: I know that the design/devolopment team are (always) looking for new ways to do things better and make the products even more user friendly. But for now there is no new valve product in line.
  • The neoprene cover looks great but is there any plans on making something more neutral, either solid black, or half black/half green. I don’t love showing up to scuba shops with things that look ‘tactical’.
  • Answer: Not for the moment, actually we talked about that for a while ago. And the thing is that people love this design. But I also want to do a more neutral one, let´s see what comes in the future! The design team already has some sketches in the drawers 😁

    Have a good day!
