Hi Guys
I have a problem with FX impact M3
I found that my poi followed a repeatable pattern through the course of a fill
there isn't any contact between the barrel and air tube
barrel cleaned and scope parallax is ok ,scope rail and mount is tight enough and liner is indexed
ES is only 5fps in shoot steering(more than 50 shoots) and 5 shoots group is very tight(8~10 mm in 50m)
but group shift have clockwise pattern start from 12 to 3 then 6 and 9 and last 12 after zero in each of them
any one have a suggestion?
Check the liner. Make sure it is not moving or rotating inside the housing if you have changed your liner, make sure you hand tight the jam nut then give it quarter turn with wrench Don't forget to apply some loctite blue

:(

EXACTLY the same thing with my sub 12 177 skout epoch
Shooting position static, cheek firmly welded. I'm not the best of shots but eye and cross hairs don't leave the 10mm zero'd group at 26m then it progresses out an inch reforms a group then again and again.
36 magazine over and over.

No clipping to see
scope tight
Barrel tight
No sign of pellet deforming from mag
Tried manually loading with same results.
Skout's a real epic!
Very pellet fussy.

Any chance of pellet spiraling?
I saw a video once by Ted Beir showing spiraling. Interestingly the gun would still shoot groups, but the groups would move around the spiral axis with range changes.
My suggestion would be that pressure changes may have the same effect moving the group in the spiral axis?
I want to add that you may have to get a look at your pellets flight path. Ted used a high speed camera. I've seen people paint the pellet skirts white to light them up.

If your scope is a FFP then there is a great chance your parallax is off, if a SFP scope then your crown on the barrel can be off or you've got a bad scope. Just a few thoughts.

Whilst hunting I noticed my maverick shroud/ barrel banging about rattling and 'resonating' whilst bashing about in the woods on checking zero predictably it was off . Looking at the gap between shroud and frame I thought , well that's stupid what do you expect. Simple answer to fix it PTFE
Plumbing washer. Stiffened shroud tensioned barrel and has 100% fixed my problem. Sniper.22
23g @ 1030 . Maverick and impact look to have the same design fault.
Cheap quick simple works probably not expensive or complicated enough for some to cope with. Try it . Hope it helps .
