I give the washers a good debur and lightly lube them. Works good, so I dunno how much more polishing would benefit. Certainly no harm.

I too debur, but polish and lightly lube the stack washers, plus polish the shaft that they slide on.
I'm sure that you'll get various answers to the question tho.

How do you polish? I thoght a good way would be to put the washers in a vibrating tumbler used to polish rifle brass.

Looks like my good luck has finally worn off. Both my Impact M3 and my newly rebuilt Maverick started the dreaded first shot reg creep. Will be following to see how you guys have tuned up the reg pistons.

If it's the brass piston type polishing this can be of slight benefit, but polishing Bellville washers does very little and it's only the bearing surfaces that can be polished.
