Portable Air tank

Good afternoon everyone,

This is my first post here been lurking for a long time.

I have a Benjamin Bulldog. 357 this was my first ever PCP so I bought a handpump and figured hey I like a good workout so handpump it is...well I burned all the seals out of it because I was ill-informed. Now I bought the G2 compressor and that works good to fill my Benjamin P-rod, haven't tried it on the bulldog yet.

Whats the best option for a tank I can haul to the range that would allow me a couple hours of shooting? Or is that asking for too much with a big bore?

Was looking at Air Venturi carbon tanks but they are pretty pricey. Found a guy that said he was selling a used one, figured it was a scam but for the price I had to give it a shot..yup it was a scam so now I'm looking for the best option even if that means Buy once Cry once.

Thank you for any assistance and thank you for all the helpful information everyone posts on here.

depends how many times you pull the trigger in a couple of hours lol .. i never shoot that long but can imagine knocking a dent in a couple of tanks given an ample supply of ammo with a big bore ... if it was me id get 2 45 min firemans tanks with valve for prolly less than 4 bills on ebay, a 50$ fill adapter and a young hen compressor for the price of the air venturi thereabouts ... if you communicate with the seller cordially on the tanks and let him know you want 2 tanks but its important the valves are in decent shape as youre filling them at home its liable to turn out well ..

Lots of Chinese tanks on ebay for good prices with the fill equipment. SCBA tanks even used are expensive and then you still have to buy the fill equipment. I got two 30min tanks (4500 psi carbon fiber) for free with at least 5 more years on them but had that not happened I would have gone the Chinese route just be sure you can get them filled BEFORE you buy that compressor of yours won't do it.
