Possible hazard…need help

Now I’m familiar with the carbon fiber bottles having a max pressure of 250 bar and tested at 310 bar. Some CF brands allow for 300 bar fill which is nice. However, with aluminum bottles I have no experience.

I got this 500cc aluminum bottle that is probably from an older FX. On the bottle it says tested to 375 bar. I intend to put it on an Avenger that is capable of 300 bar fill (4350 psi).

Can I fill it to 300 bar safely? Or should I stick to 250 bar for safety?

Noooo, that is a risk not worth taking.

No get ans paintball carbon fiber tank or stick to 250 bar the small cf bottles aren't that expensive

Pressure (Working) 250, Pressure (Hydro) 375. Don't go above 250!
