FX Power Wheel MK II

I have 2 crowns MK II one of them the power wheel turns no problem the other the wheel will not turn unless i take the wheel off and turn with a wrench anyone no what could be the problem i looked on you tube and they only take apart MKI which is not the same not talking about the hammer wheel its the power wheel. Any sugestions?

The inner hammer tension adjustment maybe too tight? It drives the cam against that wheel and sounds maxed out. Uses a 1.5mm allen to adjust.

No its not the hammer wheel its the other wheel the port wheel i should have said port wheel when i typed my question. Brain freeze

My MK2 was initially very hard to turn but is better now. Maybe it needs some time to break in?

Something sound’s dirty, I’d start with some disassembly and cleaning.

Mine was over loctite-ed, I disassembled and cleaned up and it’s been good. Mine would tighten the knob when trying to change the setting, so it would jam. I could turn it counterclockwise only.
