Powered Hand Pumps

You see a lot of the above on UT, they seemed popular a few years ago!any one using this method today! If so how have you found it? Cheers Mal in au.

I built one, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone now that other alternatives that work as well or better would cost less with effort on design, parts, tools and labor to build one. I think a CS4 or CS3 would work almost as well for filling guns and cost less. I do think that the one I built delivers dryer air than those at works a little faster for tanks less than 250cc. I have a plan to modify it to better fill larger tanks without as much babysitting, but the cost and labor I put into it I could have bought a Bauer if I valued my time!

Hand Pumping PCP?

That's not correct hand pumping builds triceps but not biceps. Actually if you do correctly. It builds your quads and gluts.

I think it was after i saw the one BlackIce made that spurred me to make one a while back that used a simple pneumatic joystick using one hand pump. After using for a week it morphed to 2 hand pumps. After another week it developed pneumatic switches, then pre-presurized intake, intake and exhaust dryer system and finally a electric switch for the system. I was going to go for three hand pumps, but for some reason I got lazy and it stop being fun.

Oh yeah I started doing more ELR and that gun is a air hog so eventually I just bought a bauer.

I would love a rowing machine with 2 pumps, that would be a wicked set up.
