PP 700 noise

Howdy all, I bought the PP700 and a Artimis Moderator. I didn't know I needed an adapter for it. I haven't ordered on and wonder if the Atrimis moderator will quiet it down much? I have really grown to like shooting the 1701 but it wears a fast fire dot not a pistol scope like the PP700

Hi. I have the pp700sa and put the donnyfl sumo on it. It really isn’t loud without it it’s more just for looks lol.

I have a DonnyFl Tanto on my Artemis and it is quiet indeed. Pellet impact makes more noise.

I have the PP700W and find it noisy. It barks at the muzzle end. With a silencer the noise is kept at the minimum. The barking is gone. All you are hearing is the hitting hammer and some quiet plop.

thanks for the reply. Has anyone had any experience with the moderator from Artemis made for the PP700? I have one in a box but don't have the adapter. Since Im not in love with the gun, I'm not sure I would want to spend the money on a new moderator for that pistol.

What are the threads on the Artemis moderator, I may have the adapter for you or I can provide a moderator that fits 1/2 20 adapters if you have one. PM me with a pic of what you have and let me see if the adapter I have will fit for you. I have 3 inch to 6 inch moderators that will fit the pp700sa, any of them reduce the report to a mouse fart.

What about a custom made shroud? Where can I buy one ?
