Where may I download the Manual for the PP20? Regulator pressure is way too low and sometimes does not even eject the pellet.

good question it is not at Snowpeak
these pistols shoot fairly hot so what you have is a problem and seeing you are South Africa i would go back to the dealer with it
when you go to a manufactures site and under manual and it states NO IMFORMATION you have to wonder

The rubber O ring went on mine today. The one on the regulator valve. I know little about air pistols so was pissed at this failure because it’s a new gun. The rear sight part that widens or reduces the Cut-Out wobbles. I’ve padded it with card. Snowpeak don’t reply to email and the distributor sent a return form but I have to pay £40 postage. Nice wee gun but buy at your own risk.

These possibly look better than what they actually are, but being a totally poor pistol shot, it's of little consequence. A chance drop in to my RFD today and even a more chance conversation about SMK, led to me ordering a PP20. To be fair, he offered me a price I just couldn't walk away from...
