First and important, I have the Canadian RPAL license.

Wanna buy the PP750, but,

- Wes from AAF have no .22 at this moment only .177, he can replace me the barrel but need couple weeks to get the new barrel I want.

- Raman from CSS have the .22 but a Canadian low power version and also no spare mags.

- Krales have a .22 full power version, but the importing paperwork could be a hassle and also time consuming.

So, I have 3 options:

Wait for AAF (and knowing that I was waiting four months for my Impact I am not really leaning that way again), or

Buy from CSS and make the modifications myself if only some transfer ports are involved. Any other bits and pieces I shall collect elsewhere?

Or, go with a dumm game with my customs ordering from Krale? BTW Krale prices are lower as ll but a least convenience for now...

............................................

You guys in US, purchased these PP750 from Canada, you got the power upgrade parts and did the DIY upgrade, what else is involved?

If you buy from Krale they WILL need to remove the baffles. I'd buy it from Krale ready to shoot full power assuming you have the full power license otherwise I'd feel really sorry for your RAW...

I have a full RPAL license just in case... otherwise I don't have powderburners, not interested at all. I did my mandatory service back in 80's.

I will ask Krale what is a story with that, but from online pictures only I don't see anything is attached to the barrel at front. I may even have a 50 euros credit from my last purchase (Falcon X50).

Only inconvenience is the import paperwork of regulated firearm (you know, Canadian laws....combination of short barrel and high speed projectile puts it in a perspective), also the waiting time clearing customs.

Fastest I can get the .22 PP750 tomorrow from CSS webstore but the Canadian low power version.

...
I'd order a CARM magazine

I was exposed to 3d printing technologies and many different methods of 3d printing functional parts.

I got very opinionated about FDM, I understand that the process and the printer machines became very affordable lately and many people are satisfied with the final part but that precision - neither look - is not for me.

I got my .22 PP750 two days ago, a first surgery is done and a first oring (under the gauge) is blown :)

I deburred and polished some moving internals working way better now. Also ordered some softer springs for the hammer expecting to make the trigger lighter.

Now, the Q:

I am not sure is this a Canadian model specific? but inside the shroud I have aluminum tube-spacers, meaning the barrel length (8") is shorter for 85 mm ???

I toke these alu tubes out have a better idea to populate that room.

On a longer run I am planning to find a longer barrel, as I measured I can fit a 12" inside.

Yea that’s the same way I got my canadian version. Good idea to fill that space. What kind of barrel?

I have no idea yet what brand is a best barrel but my best bet is to look for some unused brake barrel and rework it?

I mean...on 12" length what could be that so big difference between the barrel and barrel? to use it to 40-50 max?

I toke the entire pistol apart for couple days, deburr and polished a bunch of internals including the hammer ID also the 12 bevel washers in the reg.

Replaced the hammer spring from 0.044" CS to 0.037 but instead of 65 mm long I only get a 2" long spring (and now I got it way to soft) but a cocking is smooth like a butter no danger to brake the lever.

Also revers engineered :) the plenum holding block extending it from 10 to 30 mm, going tomorrow to a shop the M16x1 mm is making me a headache without a good lathe and the operator as well. But I will get an extra hole now for a gauge on the plenum body ;).

At the end of the day now tinkering what else was there? I think I know what else is wrong...

The white delrin valve puppet OD to the brass valve housing/transfer port....the gap kind a feels tight? What to modify? The puppet OD or the valve housing ID?
