I bought a new PP750L a couple of days ago. It turns out to have a different (better) trigger,. Adjustable angle, three position stock. It now uses the Notos 12mm barrel, has a 1/2" unf silencer adapter as standard.
The only downside is that I bought two buck rail grips, which don't fit the new trigger.
