Snowpeak PP750 plenum screw threads help needed

Does anybody know the thread size for the 2 screws at top of plenum the 2 near the barrel that is smaller than the 2 below near trigger?

I need to re thread my reciever as the screw will tighten down but if you over do it will miss thread Then screw will just spin around.

im thinking using thread locker blue but knowing this pistol I have to take appart all the time.

Dumb question but the hex I have to use is 2.5mm would that also mean that I can use an M2.5 tap???

no hex head is not the same as the diameter..
I don't have that gun so I can't tell you what size, I'd suggest you take one of those screws to a good hardware store, like for me it's ace hardware, and they can match it up.. I'm assuming that the screws are worn but worse is I'm almost sure it's the threaded hole..if you are reasonably handy and have basic tools and a drill,I'd recommend getting new screws and a helicoil thread repair kit .. the kit will have a drill bit to ream out the hole and a special tap to rethread it.. then you screw in the helicoil with the included tool and then brake off the installation tab.. hole is better than new, as I assume that the original metal is aluminum and the helicoil is stainless spring steel.. then you could actually use never seaze on the new screws or a light coat of your prefer lubricant so it will be very easy for you to remove it later..
I've been a mechanic and machinest for years and I have installed a lot of helicoil.. Napa Auto parts can get the helicoil kit for you as well as other industrial supply places..
