PP800R regulator adjustment

Hello, I'm new to this place and PCP guns.
I just got my first PCP pistol, a Snowpeak PP800R, same as Diana Bandit, in .177 and it's supposed to have a built-in pressure regulator.

It starts off with 260 m/sek (850 fps) with 5 grain pellets, but in the yellow part of the pressure scale after just 12 shots.

How can I adjust the regulated pressure down? I want the velocity halved, down to 110-120 m/sek (360 to 390 fps) and possibly get constant velocity over 4 mags of 9 shots before requiring refilling.

I finally figured it out.

After dry firing until completely empty, you unscrew the air tube plug, keeping the pressure gauge attached to it, by putting a suitable object into the filling port as a lever.
There are about 20 threads.

At the bottom of the tube there is a plug with a slotted screw, which reduces the pressure by turning clockwise.

The plug is free to spin, so you have to somehow prevent it from turning.

Turning the screw all the way clockwise makes the pellet jam in the barrel, so now you have to poke out the pellet in order to de-gas the pistol by repeated dry firing.

All useable adjustment seams to take place over less than a quarter of a turn.

I'll have to look into de-tuning by the hammer spring as well.

Addition: If I turn the power level down to far, air leaks out during filling, so no pressure builds up. I'm getting real good at taking it apart and putting it back together.
