Practice target in the making

I ask about a 100 yard target kill size. I started making one tonight. It's in the making stages. I took a piece of 1/4" scrap and cut it 14"x14" then cut a 3" circle in the center of the square. I made a kill plate out of 3/16" trying to lighten it so it will have action when hit. Right now it is tied to the back with some string. I didn't fix it with a spinner type rod because I want side to Side action also. Thats not permanent. I also plan to make some easy change reducers so I can use it at any distance. Give me some feed back, good or needs something. The clamps for the base are just so I could shoot it to test. Oh I am shooting 75 yards with the 22 Paradigm. Here is a quick video and some pictures.
