Practice with the Renegade

Just a little target shooting out back this evening. Mainly testing for usable shot count from a 230 bar fill. These are shots 50 thru 60 and the gauge is now reading roughly 150 bar. Looks like it will be good for at least 70 shots. Not bad for unregulated.

AT 25 YARDS 5 SHOTS IN EACH:

I love to see a nice tight little pellet party like that :) Nice shooting there. And I see you are at the point where targets don't matter. Just 2 lines intersecting is a good POA. In the picture below I just placed one pellet and then shot at that hole.

Here are 2, 8 shot groups I shot tonight with a new "secret" pellet. Shot these with my Wildcat 177 at 25 yards.

I have Wilcat in .22 and it's a shooter too. I used to print targets but what's the point if it's just for practice.

@hawkeye69, looks awesome accuracy at 25 yards. At that speed, 920 FPS, do you still have stability and accuracy at longer distances, say 50 and 75 yards? I have my Renegade regulated and tuned to 860 FPS. It’s stable out past 100 yards. Thinking of upping the velocity and if I can retain stability and accuracy. Thanks,

Mike

I haven't tried it out past 50 yards. But up to 50 it looks good. With H&N 22's it's at around 850, so I suspect for 75-100 that is likely the best choice.
