Premier 14.3gn .22 cal pellets

My Walmart is 10mins away. I’m not too lazy to run down and replenish my stock. Lol
I keep 10-15 tins on hand at all times. They’re perfect for close quarters pesting, so why waste the good pellets?
I pick mine up in the store... (add them to my cart and pay online) not sure what you're getting at...

Cheapo pellets like the Crosmans have a number of practical applications.
1. I use them for all initial sight-ins of new guns and scopes.
2. I use them as primary food for my repro CO2 blowback pistols. No practical accuracy difference.
3. I use them for introducing new shooters to airguns. They are thrilled happy to smack a can at 30 feet. Don't need a match/hunting grade JSB or H&N for that. If they miss alot you're also out less $$$.
4. Cheap to use for function testing when working on airguns.
5. They are very close to pure lead. Good for melting down recovered pellets for PB muzzle loading bullets.

Funny i shoot them near exclusively.. thete doing me just as good as guys using fancy mail-order pellets.. seeing im not going to win cash or prizes in my yard .. heck i dont even use optics on my stuff and can drill a dime dot at 30 . 1-1/2 at 50 ,ect.. stock irons open sighted. not getting at anything.
Amazon has them for $6.24. Yeah, I know everyone is going to say Amazon packing sucks, but I've ordered them several times and with the hard plastic bubble and cardboard backing, I've never had a damaged tin. although the backing was bent a little. YMMV
Amazon packing sucks!! But crossman pellets are so hard, it probably won’t matter. Lol

Well i do wonder if these tins are for walmart / exclusive. First ive got was for m waomart then it was mix between the old usa tins and these now seems only these new tins are available ( just the .22).

Now on the back in fine print it says usa with ...,.., materials.. and still the same line number as all had from back when.. it dont change to several line numbers as the old red, white and blue tins do.

Pellets i picked up last night...

@Mo-Ron I guess that’s not a bad thing for you. I can’t explain it. We get a lot of stuff late. Each time I drop by a Walmart I’ve been looking to see if they have stocked any of new tins and all I see are the ones I’ve been buying. This is a good thing and I’m hoping it stays this way.
Lol ... I joke about the ealmarts here must be the dumping stores for goods the other Walmarts dont want or cant sell.. i use to travel out on jobs and go to thete walmarts and think wow why aint my like these.. ours are the pits . My sis works at one and my cuz at another + 2 more within 50miles i use.

Can't hit a darn thing with CPHP's! Just awful pellets, look how they just popped out all my bullseyes! ;)

@Firewalker I certainly see what you mean. Either you or those CPHPs suck terribly. Usually in these types of situations the pellets are responsible. It’s hardly ever the shooter’s doing.

Well thank goodness! I had my eyes closed and a cocktail in my hand when I fired that target, those chpcs are just evil I tell you, evil!

In all seriousness, Crosman changed their die sometime last year and the pellets though shot okay had a lot of swarf and detrice in the tins. This last die change gave very sharp skirts and somewhat consistent head sizing as well. I've been very pleased with these low cost pellets, they appear from time to time at $6.24 for a tin of 500, it's very hard to beat that price for a decent plinking pellet.

BTW- the Spanish made Daisy hollow points in 22 caliber also experienced a die change last year and don't show the big flashing booger on the skirt they did the year before. They also shoot very well at Short ranges but have a tendency to open up at 50 yards unlike the CPHP's.
