Problem with Altaros's customer service.

I received my Altaros Booster unit with the output pressure gauge damaged. Broken black case, white wire not connected to any thing as it and the clear plastic cover that has the pressure set point dial, laying in the bottom of the units blue case. Today is the 3rd. time I have used their website that says 'Contact Us", dates are 3/9, 3/10 and 3/15. No response from them. I'm asking for a replacement gauge. I don't dare us the Booster unit without that gauge, or am I asking for too much?

You paid for a complete unit without damage. You're not asking too much for repair parts, especially since it sounds like you're willing to make the necessary repairs yourself.
Keep hammering away to get their attention. You might mention that you are posting your issues on a generic air gun forum (not sure if its okay with the Mods on AGN?) to see if that moves them.
This is good feedback for this product as I am considering buying one for when my Shoebox finally crashes with no parts to fix it with.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The primary problem is with the carrier's handling of packages. Despite our great efforts to pack the booster very well, the carrier can throw the package even from a height of 2m.
Unfortunately, when falling over 2m (yes, we have tested it), despite our best efforts, damage can occur primarily with this pressure gauge (gauge), this has already happened in the past, and most often we solve it by sending the entire pressure gauge.

As far as communication is concerned, the main problem was the use of the web interface, which is very spammed and it is very easy to miss messages.
The primary and essential communication is via email and any on our website. Here, we try to respond within one working day, and in particular we try to solve these complications as a priority before general questions or orders.

Since I see that you already emailed us at 11:30 pm yesterday, I have already replied.
Please really write to email, not messages here on the forum, FB, Instagram, etc. Always use the email that I share with 2 other colleagues and we all answer emails.
