Problem with my FX Crown...

I watched all of the master class videos that pertain to my Crown, I'm going to guess and say the hammer has a couple "nicks" possibly from two or three times the rifle was accidentally fired with a partially open bolt... It's the one thing in that assembly that might possibly cause the stuck hammer spring adjuster other than a possible "burr" etc on the adjuster itself...

Major KUDOS to FX USA and especially Earnest Rowe... In the end it is a warranty call, bad gauges, one of them is bad for sure... FX took great care of me this morning, I should have my Crown dialed in again soon with replacement gauges and a good tune... It gets better...

Not only did they take care of my Crown "problem" but I was also able to speak with Earnest and we sorted out which parts I need to use my 25 barrel on my Dream Tac, I already ordered parts last week to use my Crown 177 barrel on my Dream Tac and the Dream Tac 22 Barrel on my Crown, now I will be able to use all three of my barrels on both of my FX rifles...!!!

Needless to say I am very pleased with FX and their customer service...

Thanks for everything everybody.. I love this disease "airgunitis"...!!!

Ernest, earnest is an attribute someone has. Although im sure he is an earnest guy

have had 2 impacts and both of them sometimes when i unscrewed the bottle, all pressure when out... sometimes the low preassure didnt so i adjusted the reg screw counter clock...

I spoke with Ernest Rowe at FX USA this morning, he suggests the same thing, CCW on the regulator about 1/8 turn to vent the low pressure side of the regulator after removing the bottle... We determined the main problem I had was a bad gauge, possibly both, they're being replaced... I hope to have my Crown shooting again this weekend with a solid tune on it...

My FX Crown drama continues... After waiting 12 days for my warranty parts, I receive two used and incorrect gauges for my new 2000.00 FX Crown...

Hmmm, this doesn't look correct AT ALL...!!! I'm not going to install the second gauge, the first looked so terrible and is obviously NOT for this rifle, I am so upset...

So, now I get to wait until Monday, call FX and get them to send me the correct parts...!!!

FX will make this correct, and then I will probably sell this FX Crown and never look back (now I wished I had purchased this with my Chase card, I'd get every penny of my money back for this lemon)... This has to be the most disappointing customer service I have ever received...

The saga of the FX Crown continues...

NOT HAPPY Ken

I still can’t believe FX is using these “gauges “ . I replaced both on my Impact at my cost with the new FX black faced . Don’t get me wrong , I really like the Impact and haven’t had any real problems with it . This to me is like putting plastic hub caps on a Ferrari.

Out of curiosity what other issues have you had with the Crown ?
