Problems for Edgun owners?

So I show you guys where to get metal parts that will not fail for 8 dollars on Amazon Prime that fit perfectly and people are angry that I don't sell them? Ok easy enough, I will no longer share this knowledge, I will purchase them from Amazon myself and put them on my website.

I would be happy if the economic picture were better so you could get parts and accessories in stock. And I realize that is not your fault.

I always look for upgrades, I started this business by sharing knowledge for free. I thought I was being cool, but I don't mind selling my insight and upgrades. I will add more later

You completely missed the point!
We keep being told that EDgun West, our local US Dealer, has parts. You like to boast that you have parts, and you’re such a great guy that you often give them away!
We have an expectation, that from what we are being told, that should we want to support our local dealer (EDgunWest), that we can buy the OEM parts that we need.
While we appreciate your advice on better parts, and alternative sources for parts, we expect the ability to buy parts, from the source (EDgunWest), that we’re told are available.
As you have stated, in the past, it’s not worth your time to ship parts that only cost few dollars…. the cost of shipping… blah blah blah. You, Brian Meckler, stated that!!!
The point is, you don’t want to deal with petty small parts orders, you apparently feel that your EDgunWest customer base is not worth the time.

@BlackTitanium Why antagonize these businessmen? If you like their products and services, by all means spend your money where you choose. It’s also appreciated to hear of good experiences with an airgun business. If you don’t like them, I suggest that you let your grievances be known by direct messaging or emailing the manufacturer first. If no resolution can be reached and you feel the notion to publicly express your discontent and warn other airgunners maybe consider starting a thread or drop a post in the “Manufacturer Feedback” forum and move on. I don’t see how antagonistic behavior is beneficial for either party in this situation. It looks bad on both sides all the way around.

No reason to get on Brian like this. He is a hobbyist like the rest of us. Giving us info on better parts for less and not making a profit for himself says a lot. He is not pushing aside his customer base one bit. Its no different then going into a hobby shop related to radio controlled cars and whatnot. Most of the time those dudes are there to help, not burn you. Yes, even the owners. If they have a better solution for something and are willing to share this info for nothing. Good on them.

Ed makes a great product and listened to his customers and Leshiy 2 was brought to reality.
Brian is a stand up business man looking out for all and I bought another L2 from him because of the service he provides.

as a dealer the more options the better,.....I cannot see anybody complaining about this. ( in the right state of mind )
