In the user profile, what is the "Reaction Score?" Is it a count of reactions to my posts? A count of my reactions to others' posts? If not, what is it?

Yes, it has to do with the amount of 'likes' or reactions to your post. I guess it means people actually have have a reaction to the posts you post. I don't know if there is a tally as to what reactions are clicked total overall in your profile, but on that post you do have a tally.
I tried to click your reaction score and it did not go to another link like your messages do.
