Prophet 2 questions / observations

Thanks thats just what I do , Find the ones your guns like and use the rest for spinkers .
But with a CZ barrel at least the ones I have now are pretty pellet easy, They like a few pellets instead of just one, I know my Cricket 22 and my Veterans with CZ barrels are super accurate, So I expect the same from the Prophet II compact

Im thinking this RPB-1 barrel is quite tight. Have now tried H&N 27gn .217 and its improved the groups and speed went up a bit. However I still cant say I can consistently shoot sub MOA from a bench. I would guess I average 1.4MOA so still think there is room for improvement.
But it depends on who you listen too. I don't entirely trust many of the sponsored YT channels but when I watch 'Aim Small' I think my groups are not that bad.

Another worry I have regarding Prophet 2 - Standard PCPs are (hammer) tuned near a flat part of the 'power curve' so that minor plenum pressure changes dont affect the speed too much. With the P2 the speed is entirely dependent on the reg delivering accurate repeatable pressure and as reports indicate, the RTI reg is not a shining star. Dare I say, Im even thinking if its possible to retro fit the P1 valve & hammer system. (I know its not going to be a straight swap but may need some adapter parts - which I can make).

Probably for the above reasons, my gun gets more consistant when I really up the power (like 150 bar, 55ftlbs) where the valve may be getting maxed out and having some metering affect.
