Oh yeah.... You're right. It pretends to be RTI arms, but it's actually an independent dealer I should have studied this site better. Well anyway if he is doing a deal it should be standard that he gives maximum information about the product. I don't know if they are starting that now or what, but it's so underdeveloped in terms of content. However, the important thing is that he does have stock in many cases and for that thumbs up

@hubini that dealer Francisco is also the same individual who took the RTI prophet to a wine for RTI in the 2019 EBR. Francisco is a super nice guy, world champion and one of the best shots in the world.

Francisco works in the style of something like Charlie Frear from Georgia Airguns? That is, he personally sets up each prophet, arranges for some counseling?

If I checked the forum here you own a Prophet compact, right?

I'm still loving both of my Prophets and I think they are the BEST PCP's being manufactured today, at least for my needs. We are hosting an air rifle demo "evening" today at our local sportsman's club and I will have both of my Prophets there for anyone to shoot. I anticipate a lot of interest in those two rifles.

I read with interest your discussions about the compactness of the new Prophet. However, you agreed that it is quite noisy and needs to be retrofitted with a silencer. Doesn't it lose the "compactness" in that case?

Yes, it makes it a bit longer with the added moderator hanging off the end but even in that configuration its still an EXCELLET tight woods & brush hunter plus it works great inside of tight barns too. Someone in another thread made his own internal shroud baffles which he claimed silenced it down significantly. I'm going to try that mod this winter after my shooting slows down.

According to Alex in his video RTI is working on a baffle system for the shroud to quiet things down.

As I've noted in other posts -

I put five Daystate Renegade/Pulsar baffles and a super short spring into my Compact. It's now one of my quietest rifles. No change of impact, no baffle clipping, just quiet.

According to a dealer I spoke with Daystate baffles can be special ordered but there would be a substantial wait coming from England.

@bigtonboat yea, I concur @orion would be good to contact. Once I receive the gun I could send him the ID of the shroud, spacing gap and OD of the barrel. If things go as planned I will be getting both a CZ and LW 22 barrel for comparison testing. I’m just curious if there will be a need for two sets of baffles.

Shhhhhhhhhh, apparently my gun doesn't know the difference without a spring and I don't want it to get jealous. Somebody should patent the "moving baffle" idea. LOL
