Just got a new Ninja reg for my prophet. When it is installed, the fill port is pointing straight up toward the barrel. Any help on how to fix this is much appreciated.

Yikes man I have no idea. A machinist may be able to cut one of the threads down in a way to take a 1/4 turn out when they bottom out? That's a question and a guess I don't really know. I'll be interested in the answers that one of the more knowledgeable members here will no doubt provide.

I just got off the phone with Hajimoto. First time speaking with him. The simple fix is to turn it slightly where I need it to be (LESS than 360 degree) and fill the gun up. I ended up turning it back about 60 degree. With the pressure in the gun, all is good. I have to say, the quick help and the nice conversation I had on the phone doesn't happen any more these days. My phone call was returned almost immediately. The issue, that really wasn't an issue at all, was addressed. After that, we had a very nice conversation. He answered more of my questions and even gave me some history and advice. He really cares about the industry and the people. This is how customer service is done.
