So, I have an Urban 22 that I have tuned to perform quite well. I saw the 10 shot magazine on sale and purchased it so, I wouldn't have to fiddle with loading a magazine while hunting in the field. The first thing I noticed was the magazine wasn't seating properly in the breech. Upon close comparison to my original magazine I noticed some slight geometry differences around the perimeter I was able to take a razor blade to the edge a shave off a tiny amount and eliminated the problem. Then, I still had problems after cocking the bolt and pushing it forward to feed a pellet into the breach the tip of the bolt was catching the edge of the pellet hole. This was happening over and over until I again examined the magazine closer and noticed that it seems to not properly indexing the pellet in the center of the hole. Meaning, the rotating hole is partially off center to the non-moving hole. I see there is a metal screw in the center of the magazine. Is that an adjustment screw for the internal spring for how the magazine lines up the hole or is it something more complex requiring disassembling the magazine and adjusting where the spring indexes? Since, I made a barely perceptible modification to the magazine I feel like I can't return it. At the same time I feel like I was sold a defective magazine and there was a reason it was on sale. I am open to advice to resolve this issue as it is unacceptable to pay for a new magazine that does not function. Has anyone else had this issue?
