pellets and slugs drop into all of my barrels, deep enough for longer ones to be flush or below end

Not bad. But haven’t shot it much yet. Trying to get it in better shape so it’s fun to shoot. Not a PITAOk good info, but does it shoot a decent group on paper?
Exactly how I’m feeling. Just here for other’s opinions.Looks like the bore is undersized to me. That rifling is TIGHT.
sounds like and looks like an intimate polishing might help with that virgin bore.Ok good info, but does it shoot a decent group on paper?
wow, those are clean tracksJust made a few pictures, where i had to delete half of them of course CUZ i used my damn phone and not the Dslr.
Anyway still got 3 pictures to share, ammo used are a .177 Beast and one of the new 24 grain Zan slugs.
And as mentioned the barrel is the 12 grove CZub barrel of my Two.

24gr slug dropped into breech end, to seat it, well you need more pressure than i can do with my 3 mm CF ram rod, so i had to tap it a little to get it going.
Shooting the same 24gr slugs a few days ago, did absolutely not require any additional pressure to " chamber " these long slugs.
The Beast pellet, well take very little initial pressure to get it going in the groves, and contact surface so little the weight of my 3 mm Carbon fiber ram / cleaning rod is almost enough to push it thru.

sounds like and looks like an intimate polishing might help with that virgin bore. It’s HARD to load a pellet. Impossible for any weight slug as they don’t squish like a pellet. You can’t fully seat a king heavy unless I use as seating pin. And it’s still tough.
Once the pellet gets through the super tight breech, the barrel is a snug fit 90% of the way through the barrel. A slightly loser place . The choke is tight. But NOTHING like the breech.
I did put a crown on the breech since this test. That makes it much better to seat a pellet. But I’m thinking the breech needs polished down some.
It's .22 barrel. And the pellet looks like JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo .22 Cal , 15.89 gr or JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy .22 Cal, 18.13 gr. They don't have .22 cal in 16.2 gr. I would bet that it 18.13 gr with some weight "shaved" by rifling when pushed through IMHO. @BABz58 can you please confirm the pellet?Hatsan Mod95 .22
how’d you get such clear images though? i can see under your skin
For a $150 airgun it looks great. Heck it looks great for any break barrel. Nice clean lines. Better to be tight that too loose.PUSHED a pellet through the breach and out the barrel.
Thoughts on how it looks?

JSB marketed these as 16.2 but the container says 1.037 which translates to 16.003 gn so they DO exist... just older than the current packaging. The date code on one of these shows 2005 but this one is actually older and doesn't have a date code...It's .22 barrel. I don’t disagree that’s it’s great for the money. But it doesn’t mean I won’t tinker with it until I’m happyFor a $150 airgun it looks great. Heck it looks great for any break barrel. Nice clean lines. Better to be tight that too loose.

Think it’s the 15.89 that was on the heavy side of the variation in that tin. But you may be right. The tin is at our property where we have our camper setup. I’ll check next weekend to confirm which pellets they areIt's .22 barrel. And the pellet looks like JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo .22 Cal , 15.89 gr or JSB Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy .22 Cal, 18.13 gr. Wow, that's almost an antique item, maybe the last tin available, better keep them on display under glass . I wouldn’t complain about snug. But I’m talking tight. As in I’d lay money that a 15lb weight on top of a probe. Would not budge the pellet down the bore. I wouldn’t be surprised if it took 30lbs or more to force the pellet through the bore and into the barrel. It’s hard to tell how hard I’m pushing. But it’s a good bit of force.I shot 2 brands of pellets through my HW77 AA's 10.3gr with a loose fit and H&N 8.64gr that fit much tighter. The 10s are faster because of the fit but the H&Ns are more accurate. Maybe you could try another brand of pellet to see if it would fit your barrel better.
