Tuning Pushed my impact to far??

I was doing some tuning on my impact .30 and this happened.. A hiss of air and after I remove the mag I noticed the valve rod was not flush.. I maxed out my hammer spring and regulator at 160 psi.. Did I screwup the valve rod? Any idea or somewhere to start, on how I can fix it Shooting 49.5 gr NSA at a bit over a thousand and JSB 44gr at 1100 fps..

You can probably degas and remove the valve adjuster knob and then reseat the valve rod/seat. You may have wacked the the rod out of place too far and it didn't align back into place properly.

I found the leak is from the front of the power plenum, where it clamps to the receiver .. This will be a pain !!

It won't be too bad, just watch one of the disassembly videos. Maybe a PP install video will show all the steps needed.
