Shot 16 today after work, did not recover two, the lone, upside down bird I shot from the rafter above. Couldn’t find it on the ground because it was at eye level. All shot from 20-25 yards CPHPs, TP on low… Pathfinder XR, “sparrow approved”

The starlings were unwilling today, the sparrows were game because they think they’re smarter… The CPHPs make a satisfying smack sound on solid hits.

The bluebird/ tree sparrow house in the flower garden has been empty all summer. Today I saw a sparrow going in and out of it, must be time for a second nesting? The Taipan has some work to do this weekend

Mine is a .22, the gun is sweet and the small size packs a lot of outsized performance.

I enjoy animals, kind of an animal lover but also a hunter. That being said the only animal I despise are sparrows lol. Any pest is a pest to some but for me, I freaking love killing sparrows lol. Great pic and awesome looking rifle, don’t know anything about them.
