Pyramid Air pellet packaging

ordered some FX 15.89 .22 pellets (5 tins) The packaging was good, and the shipping was fast, 4 days!
I saw that others were having problems with poor packaging, long shipping times and back-order lag. I have had one shipment from them, come messed up, they took care of the issue and sent me new pellets that were good. Things happen in the shipping world, and I feel that Pyramid air will make things right and take care of my needs. I will say that issues W/ Pyramid Air are a lot easier to deal with then Amazon and the packaging is much better. I read a post were there was oil spilled in the box, that's messed up, and unacceptable, But I don't think that it's common practice.

I have ordered pellets and other assorted items, 4 times in the last 6 monthes. 3 out of 4 times the pellets were in foam stacked and wrapped well. The other order came in an oversized box, pellets started out in foam but were packed in loose with no restraints. The box was filled with the foam circle cut outs. You can imagine where all the tins of pellets ended up...on the bottom and floating all over the box, with the other items in the order. Luckily for me, the tins were only minimally damaged. So 4 for 4 on getting undamaged pellets over 6 months. Side note: the poorly packaged order was the oldest order...so maybe they are doing better now. 😉

Maybe you just got lucky or they have stepped up there game because there were several times I got pellets dented and all and it looked like whoever packed them did not care. But like I said hit or miss. Maybe they fired the people that don't know how to pack pellets.

I have also got pellets from sellers on here and they were packed poorly but they made up for the damaged tins.

Just got a "Black Friday" order in yesterday from Pyramyd/ via UPS.....Opened it today....Perhaps even a little overkill on the pellet packaging if there is such a thing?
Anyway, two (y)(y) to Pyramyd for zero damage to the order.
Yes, I know what some of you are thinking; after the photo op I did open all the pellet packages to check. ;)
