The last several orders I've gotten pellets from Pyramid Air have come thru FedEx and then FedEx drops order at Post Office and then Post Office delivers . What took just 3 days a few months ago now takes 8-10 days to arrive in Texas . My pellets have been less than 10 miles away according to tracking for 4 days now .
Ordered a new HW30 it was here in 3 days because it went straight thru USPS. The buy 3 get one free deal on pellets is nice, but it's not worth waiting an insane amount of time over .
