Pyramyd Air fail - forced to open credit card dispute

Hello,

On May 17 I purchased three items (connectors for PCP charging). A couple of weeks later I received one of them. The web site shows order shipped with no indication of partial shipment (which I did not request).

So, I fill out the web form on their site to enquire about missing items in the order. I receive case confirmation email.

After week of no response, I fill out the web form on their site again. I receive case confirmation email.

After 3 days of no response, I call. I am on hold for 40 minutes, and then the voice system states "No representives are available, bye" and hangs up without an option for a call-back.

I am now forced to open a credit card dispute.

 
I had good luck on my purchase from Pyramid but I don't blame you 1 bit. I give a company 1 business day to respond then I start filing PP claims. 

There is NO excuse for poor communication in the days of Email, Text and Cell phones. Covid is not an excuse.... You can respond to an email while sitting on the toilet... Good Luck

Dispute filed, refund credited. I will avoid Pyramyd in the future, and will never consider purchasing from them again.

Update 6/12:
They never replied or answered the phone.

I purchased $200 of pellets in two orders in May, and they were promptly shipped, and well packed.

I was really close to filing a claim also with Pyramyd Air. I got a refund because I was having issues with my AA S500 and waited 2.5 weeks for them to give me back my money. I emailed them several times, no response. I then called, but was on hold for 30 minutes, and got hung up on. I was never able to get a hold of them, but luckily I got my refund. 


I also agree that there’s no excuse for having poor communication between the customer and the distributor.
