Eight tins of pellets from PA arrived packed in foam with cardboard ends and shrink wrapped. Purchased pellets several times without shipping damage on any order so far.
I received 8 tins last week and they were perfectly packed. It would have been best if you did not receive them damaged but sometimes things happen and it looks they are addressing the issue. Post sale customer service is more important to me than anything. If I am comparing two similar retailers/products and one has reports of being taken care after an issue has come up, guess which one I am choosing. I also like to see them have a presence on forums like this. It tells me they are making an effort to look for issues and address them as well as offering support. Vendor specific and sponsored subforums are a nice touch on some other forums I frequent and would be a nice addition here.
I'm almost 2 days late in responding to my original post, I did call Pyramid Air explaining the packaging of my last order and they were 'very" understanding. They're making it right and I'll continue doing business with them as I always have. I do understand that this is that time of year when they're trying to get every order out as quickly as possible and I more than appreciate them being here for us.
Of the hundreds of tins of pellets I have bought from PA, I've only had a couple that didn't come packaged as expected. And that was during the height of COVID. I email or call, and they fix it. Great customer service. They have always made it right with me. Every time.
Same here. 4 tins of .177 JSB K.O.'s packed in the same foam as they've been packed for the last 10 years or so (that I've been buying from them). Zero damage.
