Did PA give any explanation for why the tins were packaged like that? I have bought a lot of pellets from them and have never had a problem...always packaged in foam. The great thing is they are fantastic about resolving a problem, great company and easy to deal with.

my pellets from them always come in foam packing like the pictures prior. . perfect condition. never had a issue. i like there buy 3 get 1 free too.

Yes, at least I believe so. But they are making me take it to a fedex location...Annoying that

I have 12 tins coming from PA. I hope they ship it the usual way and not the way they did yours PerkyVal!

I just received 5 tins from PA,Ordered placed 7/04/19. Received on 7/06/19 well packed in foam.
