Pyramyd Airs Shipping

The last 6 times I ordered from PA it was like flipping a coin with receiving my item on time (paid extra, live in Hawaii) and not being damaged due to poorly packing. I called and complained to PA about this but really felt like I was just another number in sales. They gave me the answer of (oh it shipped from our west coast warehouse, I'll send you a return label and when we receive it we'll ship the replacement out to you) by now it's been 2 1/2 weeks out. So I really really don't buy from PA unless it's the only place that has what I need.
 
Well, I'm glad someone else has had an issue. I was starting to feel that someone there had it out for me. I'm still waiting to see how they handle my issue before I unload. I have to keep in mind that anyone can make a mistake at any time with anything! I do know how you feel about buying elsewhere unless PA is the only ones that have it. I find that is the case many times. They do stock a large and unique warehouse of items!
 
Pyramid has responded to the issue. I won't say that I am happy, but they made an effort to correct the problem. I have tried two seperate times to get an HW90 .117 barrel for my Weihrauch HW90. I have a .22 on it now, but wanted to add the option of .177. In June, I ordered it and the box showed up quite beaton up (first pics).

I was worried that the barrel may have gotten damaged in shipping, so I sent it back and they refunded my money. Now, after looking elsewhere for a barrel I went ahead and ordered another from them along with a stock adapter to mount an AR stock onto my Crosman 1720T pistol. This is how the box arrived:

The kicker; the stock adapter was nowhere in the box. My only guess is that it came out the gaping hole in the side. They quickly responded by shipping another adapter to me. As for the barrel, I am going to try it. There are no tears in the plastic factory bag it came in and there appears to be no damage to the barrel finish. I am hoping for the best. I probably have given them more grief than they deserve in emails, but my thought is have they not heard of round shipping tubes. I think they have issues in their shipping department. They have great prices, great selection, good customer support staff but the shipping department needs educated!
 
I live in Puerto Rico when I start in the hobby 2016 the have great chipping in terms of time they use FedEx at that time.but they have always suck in ther packing pellets arrived all bang up. if I order in the weekend I definitely have the items on Friday am..but now is worst they now use ups and for the same $20 dollars they use to charge now I take 3 weeks for the items to arrive imagin 3 weeks of travel packages all bang up.if you want the items in a week like it used to be you have to pay $45 ..how when AoA is in Arizona and I still get my 14tins of pellets for the $20 in shipping FEDEX...and most important very well protected..so far the best packaging of the industry AoA ..
