Was browsing around on PA site and saw the new hours. That's awesome for a airgun store! Now I can wake up from my buying frenzie dreams and place a order at 4am.

Its a online site. Isnt it suppose to open all the time? Like ebay for example. I can go any time and place an order.....but that doesn't mean we will get our item ship right then. They still wait till like noon to ship stuff out.

I, at one time, worked on the chat team. When I started, you could schedule your work hours around the clock. This was primarily due to the fact they were hoping to attract overseas customers. Didnāt work out for a number of reasons.

This seems like one of those āOur 24hrs and days a week automated systemā.. no kidding. Who would go turn off an automated system after office hours? Who would shut down a website before leaving their office?

Sure you can order at 2 or 3 or 4am and their computers will even happily take your money but even if PA went fully automated and they now have little robots rolling around the warehouse picking/packing orders, the stuff you ordered isn't going anywhere until at least that afternoon when the big trucks from UPS, FEDEX or the USPS show up to pick up the pallets the little robots put them on...lol.
