Pyramyd's pellet shipping not good this time around!

I just received an order of 16 tins of JSB King Heavy MKII and 9 are damaged. This is because Pyramyd did not place a piece of cardboard between each tin and the next leaving the entire column of cans to slide and impact each other within the foam packing! They started this the last time I ordered about a year ago! Saving a few pieces of cardboard at the cost of most of the order being damaged! I will not be ordering more till they can assure me that this issue is resolved!

Damage is top and bottom of all cans. They will not even stack safely.

Update 20 May 2019:

Erika from Pyramyd contacted me this Morning via e-mail and is replacing the damaged tins. She ask how they were packed and I provided to her a brief synopsis of this thread and explained that the packaging was not consistent from order to order and suggested some packaging improvements. Hopefully with this input they will establish a methodology and consistency to their packaging that will result in zero shipping damage to pellets for all customers going forward.

Erika has replied and is passing the contents of our communications to the shipping manager for review.

It is certainly a joy to be able to work directly with a vendor to make improvements that can be good for all customers.
 
2nd time in a row for me. That is why it got posted this time. Either way someone in shipping needs to address the issue especially since I had contacted them about it the last time it happened (and this time as well but it will be Monday before they are at work again). Quite frankly I don't feel like sorting through 9 tins of "premium" pellets looking for damage. If I wanted damaged I would have ordered from Amazon! :p
