Qb78 seal kit source

I have a leaking qb78 .22 ,leaks out the barrel. Possibly valve stem / poppet ?

I am unable to find a source in USA for a seal kit that includes the part #0408 valve stem. Anyone have a link?

Archer Airguns is, or was, the go-to source. Not sure if that’s still the case since Beeman and Umarex began marketing the SAG OEM products in the US.

Another potential source is Mountain Air for an improved version with either a Delrin or PTFE head.

From a quick scan of Archer’s parts, it looks like the poppet may only be available with a complete valve assembly that @Hateful McNasty linked to above.

If that’s the case, my advice would be to go with one of Roy’s (Mountain Air) aftermarket poppets. However do be aware that you will need to reduce your hammer strike to keep from wasting gas because the improved poppet is much easier to knock open than the spongy OEM one.

Thanks for the help guys. Archer per website did not have the poppet in the seal kit and site did not have poppet as a discrete part, only as part of a complete valve assembly. I'll reach out to Roy.

XISICO XS-60C looks like a good rifle vs another qb78 , thoughts or opinion on the rifle?

I had one of the earlier XS-60C's. It uses the same basic valve that the QB's have, and a trigger group that is very close to the QB.
So the performance is similar to the QB.
Give Mike @ Flying Dragon Air Guns a call, he usually has most of the parts and is the go to guy for the XS-60C.
