N/A QC on JSB Match exact kings.25 cal

I for a long time was a defender of jsb and was saying why try these new brands yada yada. I have come to realize that jts and aea are just flat out better.
This sums up my experience 100%. AEA and JTS pellets have proven to be very accurate in many of my air rifles. Benjamin and H&N are right up there in others. JSB is a hot mess.

Just because we're just the "importer" does not mean that we have no say. We have spoken to JSB, and they are currently working to resolve the issues. AEA and JTS make good products... but they both don't do near the production JSB or H&N do. Once they get to those levels, they to will have times when quality may not be perfect. Then you all will complain about that. I'm not offended, nor was I giving you any attitude. That could be said of your reply to me, and unfortunately the meaning gets lost in type. So you can ease it back a little. You wanted answers and resolutions... I'm doing that. You know... my job. I'm more than happy to talk to you about it. You can call me at work 1-855-246-9948 or 303-761-1236. Balls in your court...

I don want or need no answer from you . I didn't make any questions.. really don't care.. I don't even buy pellets any more , you could say anything you want the problem have been now for years .. and there's is simply no excuse, JSB is the biggest company, so it should have pristine dies in back up exactly the same as the one that have just worn, with the kind of technology that is aviable now days there's is simply no excuse.. that they are working on it .. good for them and for you so you don't have to see the Complaints about the product.. n yes you sound a bit rough n out of place , like you wher telling childs what to do ... the last person people think about when they have a problem with their pellets is JSB as a company not YOU .. they been buying pellets way before you appear in the picture .. the way you reply to a complain when no body mentioned you name is simply out of line.. chill n have fun .

I was thinking this but didn't want to say it. The reply from the distributor was quite honestly a bit off-putting. The fact that JSB put out something like that and it's somehow the customer's bad for reporting his findings in the forum is quite absurd. If the vendor was really interested in gaining goodwill, the customer should have been contacted privately, and if it's determined that the tin came from an authorized dealer, then steps should be taken to make it right.
