Quad cane repurpose

A couple of years ago I was real sick and needed a quad cane to get around. Now that I am better I wanted to repurpose my old friend. I bought a V steady rest on Amazon and mounted it to the handle for a quick and dirty setup when I have an immediate urge to shoot. I had to wrap the V arms with a piece of Gorilla tape to get enough slide for my break barrel. It actually works pretty good for a steady rest. I like to shoot seated. When short of time quicker than setting up my bench. Stay well all

I like the idea... brilliant i had an arch in my foot colapse and i have a couple canes i might have to do something similar

The work bench downstairs is a piece of plywood screwed to an old (and unused) portable toilet frame. Because I needed a bench to work on and the stuff to make it was there.

I plan on doing the same thing but….
I will cut off the handle portion and fit a piece of heavy PVC pipe over it.
Then cut to the proper length and install a rest for in the garage work.

In addition, there are provisions for seniors (over 70) to shoot 10 meter matches with a rest while seated.

They shoot like this at The Villages in Florida, I hear.

By chance i saw shooting from the disabled Olympics today, they was shooting all kinds of positions at the same time.
Now i am thinking people that have less,,,,, somehow are more.
