Yes, tho with spacing between Glass of your glasses and contact with shade will need to be taken into consideration and length corrected.
ALSO most eye cups are contoured to fits a persons face at eye area .... Glasses are fairly flat and profile of eye cup won't be the same shape and thus awkward IMO.
