Hello. My name is Pepo and I am new to this forum.
I recently purchased a Snowpeak M25 cal. 7.62 and I have a question. Should this caliber have the piece called hammer? (number 51 in the image) The calibers 4.5, 5.5 and 6.32 do have it, but mine does not. I think maybe only calibers smaller than 7.62 have it. (Or maybe they forgot to put it):eek:
Can someone solve my doubt?
Thank you

I don't own one but it seems unlikely that a hammer would be missing from the 7.62 model. Have you shot it yet? Does it work?

Yes, piece 50 is the one that hits the pin, therefore it must be the hammer, and number 51 is not essential. My doubt is because I see it in the drawing.
Thank you
I do not think that is the hammer. Looks more like a spring guide/spacer/weight or any combo of those.

Gun likely has a stiffer/thicker/longer spring.

I am 100% certain #50 is the hammer.
