Question: Bottle Dimensions

Does anyone know the dimensions of the 400, 480 (CF), and 500cc steel bottles? Just looking for a length and diameter.

All of the Bottles I know of that are metal are made of heavy wall aluminum. Tubes are usually heat treated high carbon steel or titanium. I have an Airforce Condor with 500cc or .5L bottle that measures 11 3/4 long bottle only not valve. 2 5/16 diameter. Hope this helps. M

Thanks MM. I wasn't sure if the 'metal' bottles were steel or aluminum for sure (my current bottle is carbon fiber). I have a RAW BM500 coming with a 400cc bottle on it, and it's shorter than the end of the BR stock I have so I was wondering how the other bottles would fit into the stock (the reason for my question). The photo on the RAW website shows the metal bottles side by side: (the two on the left)

I can check if the bottle is steel with a magnet once I get mine-but that will likely not be until next month (or later).

Its aluminum, magnet no stickie and the 400cc bottle must be just shorter than the 500 as the royale 400 came with the 400 and 500 came with 500. Same stock fits them both and also fit the cf with a little clearancing.

Cf is slightly bigger diameter, let me know if you want the diameter of the alum bottle.

It's 2.37" or 60.3mm, even the CF ones are aluminum (inside).
