Question for Chip Hunnicut

Chip,
I need your honest, unbiased advise and opinion. Anyone else that has some constructive input feel free to comment as well.
I have the opportunity to obtain a Benjamin Rogue. It is in perfect working condition now, but I am well aware of the electronic issues the plagued the Rogue and eventually lead to its demise. If I was to acquire this Rogue, and it DID begin to suffer electronic issues, is it reparable through Crosman? Do you recommend me getting it?

The Rogue was a good idea, but it had issues. By the time it went into production Crosman already had an idea for how to improve it, but that never came to fruition as the product was cancelled before a version 2 was released. Being able to alter the power of the gun probably turned out to be an unused feature as everyone just shot at full power. I know that happy gun owners don't often sing the praises of their guns while unhappy gun owners squeal like a stuck pig, but I've read about a LARGE number of people sending their Rogues back for refunds, repairs, etc. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that the Rogue ended some careers at Crosman.

My Bulldog is a hoot to shoot. I love it. I haven't really had much time to shoot it, but when I have, it's been in some quiet, WIDE open spaces. I'm shooting JSB pellets at around 940fps and it's so quiet where I'm shooting I can hear them whistling through the air before impact. I've managed to hit a target at about 200yards, but I think that was just luck. My Bulldog initially had an air leak and Crosman repaired it in about 14 days time. It was quick and painless.
