Yes. I fixed a couple things. Adjusted pellet probe so it's not crushing the pellet skirt and enlarged the airstripper hole because of clipping. Now it's shooting great. I finally got the courage to unscrew the hammer spring tentioner because it was frozen. I even took a torch to it but I had to make the Allen hole which was stripped out into a slot for a large flathead screwdriver. It worked. I just wanted to remove the hammer and spring to clean everything out. Now I'm reinstalling them and was wondering if I should lube them ? Thanks kris.

I like something like a dry lube on my Cricket. I don't know if it is similar to your gun. I use Hornady one shot. It dries to a slick but dry and rust protected surface but doesn't gum up the sliding action like other lubes might.

Oh and that is on FX guns just put some on the spring where it contacts the inside of the hammer not on the outside as it doesn't have contact points really.

According to fx the hammer spring and hammer should be dry otherwise the velocity will not be stable.
