I would appreciate any Ghost owners to share their opinions on a few specific questions, and also anything else you would like to add that is Ghost related.

How well does the gun fit off hand standing shooting, ergonomics, weight, pointability, etc?
Noise with your moderator for your caliber?
What regulator pressure are you using for your caliber?
Shot count?

thank you in advance for taking the time to respond. I will be selling my 25 cal FX M3, I have seen every BRK Ghost YouTube video made, and if your answers confirm how good I think the Ghost is I will be getting one soon. I do some hunting, some bench rest and a lot of silhouette up to 100 yards.
 
Mine is a compact, in .22 cal. I put Huma gauges on it. Not at all happy with the factory gauges. Along with a grip swap.

1 - All I shoot is "offhand". Works well. Too light a rifle is harder to maintain steady than a heavier gun. As long as it's not too heavy. And NO, the Ghost is NOT too heavy.

2 - I've got a single section, Huma Mod40 (original Kevlar wrapped version) on mine to make it, indoor "cat" friendly !

3 - Regulator, 100 BAR

4 - Don't know, don't care.

Received my Ghost Plus .22 today. Initial impression is it is very solid, well balanced. Replaced the stock grip with a Hogue AK47. Easy to adjust and setup the rifle with a few turns of some hex keys.

Tried a few pellets today, not a fan of H&N's. Will try JSB's tomorrow.

No moderator needed, rifle is set for 18 fpe.

Regulator is set for 100 BAR.

About a bajillion shots per fill. Shot for two hours and still had 150 BAR left.

I recently purchased a new Ghost HP in .177, this is my back up for field target. The reg is at 100, the hammer spring is the light one. This combo gives me 910fps with a 10.34 gr pellet. As for quiet it is fine although I do have a zero db moderator on it. As for offhand it balances well although since I’m about to turn 71 in a couple weeks , my offhand shooting ain’t what it used to be. I also own several Daystate‘s which is the same company and for a non electronic rifle you would be hard pressed to find something better.

I have two Ghosts and all calibers of barrels including a.20. I use a 17” carbine in .177 for HFT. Although bullpups can be a challenge to get a good eyebox, the Ghosts work fine in conjunction with the 20 Moa rails. When adding some PRS accessories it just gets better. Very comfortable at shoulder In carbine configuration; I use a 300 cc bottle and still get 60 shots. When I want to shoot EFT it takes 10 minutes to convert to an .25 caliber and I’m ready to go even swapping to a 540 cc bottle. Of course when you switch back to a lower regulator pressure you do have to degass the gun. Very stable in the sticks for HFT but great for bench rest when using PRS accessories and a 28” barrel. Mine are tuned to conserve air and very quiet with a good moderator. Hope this helps. My Ghost .22 carbine simply refuses to cycle pellets properly ; rifle is 2 weeks old and i'm using brand new JSB Hades 15.89g. I have a call today with a BRK Engineer to see why the magazine appears to be at fault. I rotate the wheel, load the first to 'hold' the wheel, then load the others ..... well all bar one... it NEVER takes 11 shots because the 'wheel stop' prevents the 11th pellet from going in ...... I think the Mag is faulty but I'll see what the engineer says today . It's marring my ownership experience i can tell you ! Im sick and tired of dry firing with a pellet not in position !!!!!!

You may have pellets/pellet debris caught in the cocking mechanisms.
Go to YouTube and search for Sub12 he has a wonderful video on how to fix it - simple.
But it’s also possible that you have a bad magazine or your cocking shoe is loose. All easily remediated.

Can you simply have the magazine replaced under warranty…? Maybe a new mag will solve the issues your having… If it doesn’t then it’s something in the gun. My Ghost has been flawless in operation… the sender? Not so much…🤓

I'm sure i could get a Mag under warranty : I filled in the online warranty card within an hour of getting the gun thankfully. I'll see what the BRK Engineer says when he calls me today .

I used a .30 during a hunt of a week. I took two javalinas with it.

It was the very best rifle I have shooted off hand. I made a super good shot off hand at a running quail at 60 yards. My cousin keeps that rifle and bought the .22 kit. He is super happy with that rifle that has the 700 cc bottle that gives all shot per fill you would want.

As my cousin kept the Ghost, then I bought a used Delta Wolf in .30 Cal and then bought the .25 Cal kit.... Delta feels a little bit heavier but better quality and the chrony on the barrel that is exceptionally usefully.

It you have the opportunity to buy a used Delta for the same price, then do not doubt it: GO FOR THE DELTA with ultra valve !!


Just ask the bottle to be changed for a 700 cc bottle .... And you are done !!
