I just received a Steyr EVO 10 pistol and a FX Impact .25 and .30. The Steyr was everything I expected - a piece of mechanical art that is laser accurate, has a comprehensive manual, and for each adjustment, they included tools for the adjustment. They even included spare seals and a seal tool (pictured below).
Comparatively, the Impact came with a small manual (picture brochure with 9 pages of actual documentation) that has as many warnings as how I could void my warranty as useful suggestions. Here are my questions:
The barrels don't appear to be marked anywhere as to their caliber?
The probes aren't marked either?
The magazines aren't marked either?
I had to get out a caliper and do measurements to decide what was .25 and .30. Do they expect us to measure stuff all the time or use a sharpie to mark the caliber?
The FX manual states I need a 1.5mm allen to change the probe, but that isn't included either?
Is this just mine or is this normal for FX Impact?
