Quietest Moderator for Atman AP 16 STANDARD?

Nobody likes Huma moderators? I have 2 of the 30mm versions and they come with 4 sections you can shorten or lengthen the moderator to your liking. I pulled the felt out of the section closest to the barrel for a little more air expansion space. They have a 40mm version that would be even quieter. Very well machined and light. Trenier is where I bought mine. One for my PRod and the other on my Kral Jumbo. Both are .25 cal moderators on .22 guns.

I've tried a few different options on the AP16. The Huggett Atom is okay, but not quiet. The Huggett Astille is the most quiet I've used with the AP16.

Luckily I had bought my AP16 from Krale and it came with the Ataman moderator. With some selective re-arranging of the baffles and added some wire and fabric I've made it quite effective for it's size.

I haven't tried a Huma Mod30, but I imagine a 2/0 or 3/0 would do well.

I don't think getting a DFL Sumo is the right way to go. A Koi would be beyond sufficient for the power output.

Thanks for your insight, I talk to Utah Airguns and they talk me out of the Atom and went for the DonnyFL SUMO Moderator
